The owner was welcoming and friendly, and we felt at home during our stay. Shops are an easy walk away, and Nuremberg is about a 30-minute drive. There’s plenty of space for a large group, whether you want to spend time together or have a bit of privacy. The beds were really comfortable, too. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

The fenced garden was a real plus for us, especially for families with kids or dogs, and there’s lots of room indoors too. We felt very comfortable. The rooms are well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the owner seems very proactive, though he hasn’t had the house long and a few small things could still be improved. One thing that could be clearer is the sauna area fee. On the “Dream Holiday Home Platform,” it’s only mentioned as an additional utility cost, without an exact breakdown. We’d recommend the house. There’s plenty to explore nearby, including lovely towns and beautiful nature.

We had a great time and could reach the landlord whenever we had a question or needed something. We’ve already booked another stay 🥰. The kitchen made it easy to cook for 14, with an induction hob, oven, fully automatic coffee machine, and filter coffee maker. After a quick explanation, the spa was simple to use, with different sauna scents and adjustable whirlpool settings. The house also has a basement cinema room with a 100-inch TV, where we hooked up our game consoles for a few fun hours. The rooms, especially the beds, were very cozy and comfortable. The owner was friendly, flexible, straightforward, and accommodating throughout our five nights with a large group. Everything we needed, and more, was there. The outdoor space looked inviting and was nicely furnished, but it was too cold for us to use it. There are three parking spots in front of the garage, with plenty of extra street parking, and the supermarkets are around a 10-minute walk away.

There was plenty of room for our family of 10, including quiet spots to relax. We could sit comfortably around the living room table or out on the terrace, and the kids especially loved the hammock. The bedrooms each had a very comfortable box-spring bed, and the bathrooms felt comfortable and high quality. The kitchen was well stocked with good dishes and elegant cutlery, and all the appliances worked perfectly. The ice-making refrigerator was a highlight. We were greeted in person and shown around when we arrived. We’d definitely stay again.
