The staff were really nice and friendly, and breakfast was nice too. As a regular worker staying there, I could manage the room, but it needs renovating or the help of a room architect. If I came with kids as a family, I'd be crying the whole time.

The rooms and beds were old and uncomfortable, and hygiene was catastrophic. Service and reception were very bad. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Better pick a hostel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Nothing seemed to have been updated in at least 50 years. The rooms were very old, smelled musty, and the duvets seemed over 40 years old. There was no heating in the bathroom, so it was too cold to shower, and the TV didn't work. The hotel was overpriced, and the staff spoke neither English nor German. Around 2:30 in the morning, what sounded like drug addicts started fighting in the hall. It went on for at least an hour. I can only give one star, but would give none if I could. Please don't stay here.
