Pension Waldfrieden

We were right by the Hexenstieg (Witches' Trail), and the innkeepers were very friendly. Since every other restaurant was closed, the innkeeper made dinner for us. Breakfast was excellent.

Enric made the two days feel less like a guesthouse stay and more like being at home. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with tips for enjoying our time. The peaceful, cozy atmosphere helped us feel at ease right away. His warmth made it seem as if we'd known each other for years, even though we were meeting for the first time. I'd wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Thanks so much, Enric, I'm sure I'll return.

Alma and Stella, Enrico's dogs, made our four days even more enjoyable, and we're already looking forward to coming back. We were in town for a concert at the Burgtheater Thale, and this guesthouse surrounded by nature worked out wonderfully. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. Enrico was welcoming and easy-going from the start, and we just clicked. We'd happily recommend Pension Wald Frieden. Thanks for everything, Nina and Reinhard.

Our three little dogs were welcome too. The quiet setting came with a fantastic view, and the host's warmth could be felt all through the house. Breakfast was delightful and made it easy to get the day started.
