We left after six hours on December 31, 2025. There was no service, security, or food, and although we’d booked two rooms, we only received one. We’re still waiting for the refund, and nobody answered the phone. Never again.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. Our room was nicely furnished and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. We'd be glad to come back.

The location was great, but the food was disappointing and not what we ordered. We asked for fries and got cold noodles instead. The chicken broth with dumplings we ordered came as vegetable broth with noodles. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I’d stay far away.

We came here for a birthday, but the food we received barely matched what we’d ordered. They couldn’t even bring plain water. I can’t think of anything good to say, and one star feels too generous. Thumbs down.

Booking on Friday for Saturday night was easy, and the staff were really friendly. The room was very clean and perfect for my one-night stay. Thanks! I’ll be back next year 😃
