MarC5 Hotel Cadenberge

We were two couples and stayed for two nights. The beds hadn't been made when we got back on the second evening, which you'd expect to be taken care of at this price level. One room also had a floor dirty with street grime, and both bathrooms had water damage stains on the ceilings. It makes you wonder whether anyone checks the rooms before guests arrive.

I stay here often and have always been extremely satisfied. Room service is top-notch, and both reception and the kitchen are excellent.

For my first business trip here, this turned out to be a good choice. The room was decent, clean, and had everything I needed, including a desk where I could work. There was plenty of parking, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A really positive stay.

The bike and e-bike storage was a real highlight: a spacious room with plenty of outlets. The hotel itself is very simple, but fine for a night. My mattress felt too hard, though it was quiet and I slept well. The bathroom was clean and had a great shower. Coffee and tea were available in the hallway, along with a well-stocked fridge where you could take drinks for a small price. Cardenberg is tiny, with a few shops, a restaurant, and cafés and bakeries where you can get a tasty breakfast.
