The main building is gorgeous, full of character, and our room was warm and cozy. The staff were sweet and friendly, though they seemed quite young and inexperienced. We arrived in a snowstorm, and the road from the village hadn't been cleared. We weren't prepared for that, which made getting there stressful, though of course it wasn't anyone's fault. For vegan food, the restaurant offered only a salad at dinner. Breakfast was limited too, basically raw carrots, oatmeal, and fruit. I'd expect a four-star hotel to have better alternatives.

We spent three nights here with our baby and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is comfortable and restful, with beautiful buildings and thoughtful details. The staff were so kind, and the nature around it is amazing. We're grateful we found this little gem and hope to return soon!

The suite was spacious and had an amazing view, and the room was exceptionally clean. The staff were welcoming and very on top of things. The hotel and restaurant sit somewhere peaceful and quiet. The furniture is good quality and well cared for, but it looks like it may be from the 60s or 70s, so the suite could use some updating.

The staff were incredibly friendly and well trained, and the food was outstanding. Add those breathtaking views and this place is quite a find. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.
