That quiet, peaceful stop after hours on the road was exactly what we needed on our trip from Poland through Germany to France. Thai places seem much better known to locals than to foreign visitors, and I wish we'd had longer to explore the area. The rooms were spotless, simple, and practical, with not a speck of dust on the skirting boards. I've never seen that level of cleanliness elsewhere in Europe. Breakfast was so fresh and tasty: the best bread I've ever had, and eggs with orange-yellow yolks. It reminded me what real food tastes like. The shop is packed with organic products, and I'd have bought loads if luggage space hadn't been an issue. Strongly recommend, especially for the price.

The stork nesting on the roof is one of the things that makes this place memorable, and there’s plenty to see nearby on foot or by bike. Bikes are available at the hotel. The restaurant Saline is a real gem, worth a visit even if you're not staying here, and the breakfast buffet with mostly homemade jams, sausages, cold cuts, and cheeses was worth getting up for. The wing we stayed in is under national trust, though its renovated interior felt a bit too sterile for my taste. It was still spacious and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone passing through.

We spent New Year's here with the family and had a great time. It's a lovely, quiet spot, the prices are moderate, and both the rooms and food were good. Everything is organic, and they make most of the food themselves.

They had lots of special treats and coffee drinks. I really liked the goat milk ice cream, though I know goat milk products aren't for everyone. The portions could be a little larger.

Really nice place, and the people were very friendly. I don't speak any German, so have Google Translate ready, though everyone still helped me out. The restaurant food was just GREAT.
