Ferienwohnung LOFT STUDIO ANNABERG

We booked through Booking.com and weren't disappointed. The apartment has a cool, consistent old mining building style, and the fireplace makes the living room especially cozy. The keyless entry is simple and modern, and fits the thoughtful design. A few things could be better. The bathroom radiator needs bleeding: I did it myself because even the top third wasn't warming up, but by the next day it was gurgling again. The bathroom also smells a little musty, even with the window kept open. If the smell is in the walls, maybe a reed diffuser would help. And please switch on the heating before guests arrive. It doesn't need to be sauna-warm, but a little extra heat would be welcome.

There's plenty of room, and you can often park right outside. The place has everything you need, though getting to the third floor is a bonus only if you're in decent shape.

A few small issues aside, this is a really good place to stay. Pick it if you want a holiday apartment that's a little out of the ordinary.

The loft-style apartment has loads of thoughtful little details. We could easily have stayed a few more days 😊
