8/10
I've stayed here twice, and it's a peaceful, pleasant spot not far from Hamburg, in lovely village and countryside surroundings. The rooms are nice, and the restaurant is the main drawback since it only stays open until 22-23pm. The sink and shower water plugs can be a little tricky to use, and there's no minibar or refrigerator in the rooms.

The place is beautiful, and the hotel is quite nice, with a great room and breakfast. The tiny aviary is a real attraction for kids. Value felt a bit low, though we were there during the "Kommunion weekend" when demand was probably high.
