Breakfast was a real highlight, and the location worked well too. The receptionist was very friendly, and the place was unbelievably clean. I'd recommend staying the night and having breakfast there, you won't be disappointed.

The service was very attentive. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the place seems well suited for team-building sessions or seminars.

For what the rooms cost, I expected a lot more. The breakfast felt like something from a hospital and didn't match the price at all. The soundproofing is poor, and the rooms reminded us of a youth hostel, though we've stayed in much better ones. Our toilet wouldn't flush, and getting the TV to work was a hassle. Access is convenient, there's parking in front, and bikes can be stored there, but that's about where the positives end. The value for money was way beyond what we're comfortable paying.

For an affordable stay, it seemed like a reasonable option. I enjoyed my time at the Guest House Hotel Don Bosco near Munich. The hotel was clean and comfortable, though breakfast was just the basics.
