I spent a month in Aschau and stayed in five flats. The rooms are really nice, with a friendly, family atmosphere, and the service is very good. Looking forward to coming back 👍👍👍👌

We stayed in Apartment 5 and felt at home straight away. It had everything we needed, and Mrs. Hamberger gave us a very warm welcome. The “Morgengold” bread delivery service is available on site, and the free sauna downstairs was a lovely extra. The building is beautifully situated, with open mountain views and plenty of free parking out front since the restaurant is no longer operating. It’s a peaceful place to relax and a great starting point for hikes, including to nearby Maisalm and Kampenwand. We’ll be back, and we’ve already booked for October 2026. :-)

We had a relaxing four-day break at Gschwender Hof, with a beautiful view of nature and spotless, well-equipped rooms. The staff were very friendly, and switching apartments was no trouble. It was an easy place to unwind, and I suspect we’ll keep coming back.

All 26 apartments, in different sizes, are lovingly furnished and surrounded by nature. We spent 14 days there and felt very comfortable.
