Lola, our waitress, was so attentive and efficient, and you could tell she really cared. Even when things got busy, she kept everything running smoothly. Her professionalism and upbeat attitude made our stay much more enjoyable.

The location is a little outside Munich, though there's public transport nearby. The rooms were solid, with AC, a fridge, and all the amenities you'd need. My one complaint is that there isn't a wall plug close to the beds. Service was good, but a couple of requests got bumpy. It took an hour for staff to bring me two pillows, and on my group tour I had trouble checking in for my second stint, even though I'd mentioned it earlier. Still, it was a good stay despite those hiccups.

The hotel is basic but clean, and its location works well for offices and business. At the restaurant, Ritesh is a very good, gentle professional who always tries to accommodate guest requests, even late in the evening. I only wish the menu had more variety, especially for second courses.

It’s a bit outside the city center, but the route in is easy: a 12-minute walk to a quick train ride, and the walk along the bike trail is quite nice. We could also stay out late and take the bus back. The rooms were clean and comfortable during our visit to Munich and Oktoberfest, and the kind, helpful people at the bar and reception made the stay feel special.

In a quiet part of Munich, this hotel makes for a peaceful stay. The pharmacy and supermarket are an easy walk away, which is handy. Could be a good choice for a short visit.
