Once you follow the instructions properly, the codes are fine, though they felt a bit stressful at first. The place was very clean and safe, in a nice location, and honestly, it was quiet, not noisy at all.

With the windows shut, the room is soundproof, and using the provided fan meant I didn’t have to open them. Without air conditioning, though, you need to open a window on hot days and nights, and then the nearby construction makes it very noisy. There’s no reception or staff for check-in, something I hadn’t experienced before. The process looked complicated but turned out okay. The room was good and had a small kitchen area.

There’s plenty of space and a cooktop in the room, but it’s so close to the cabinets that I was afraid to use it. The room feels like a converted office. The location is great, but it’s loud. You can hear into rooms from the hallway, and noisy guests make things worse. Vents above and below the windows also let street noise in.

Right in central Augsburg, with easy access to trams, shops and restaurants. Entry is by code, and there’s no reception. A great place to stay.
