The rooms are clean and cozy, and each has a lovely balcony with a good view. Our dachshund was welcome and comfortable, and we felt at home too. The owner is super nice, with beautiful flowers in the courtyard. Some rooms still have the charm of earlier decades, at least when the old furniture was still there. Everything really was better in the old days ;)

The landlady is a real gem, very friendly and always keen to find a solution for special requests. She tries to accommodate every request. The price may be a sticking point for some. You can find more attractively furnished places for the same money, but not in such a superb location near Bad Bergzabern, which definitely justifies the price. The kitchens are a little dated, but impeccably maintained and equipped for all needs. The bathrooms are extremely modern. If there's anything to fault, the heating could be better. Everything else was excellent.

There was plenty of space in this very nice apartment. The bathrooms were completely new and really nice, while the kitchen was a bit dated but well equipped. Traveling with a small child meant we had to baby-proof everything first, and unfortunately one toilet couldn't be locked. The water pressure in both the shower and kitchen was really low, and it took a long time for the water to heat up.

The apartment had enough space and everything we needed for our stay. The centre is only a few minutes' walk away, and there's ample parking. The landlady was very friendly. Some furnishings are a bit dated, including the bathroom, which needs renovating and has a lot of retro charm. We already knew that. There are plenty of pictures.

Dogs are allowed here. This time we only got a small apartment. It was clean and simply furnished, and fine for a cozy weekend.
