The apartment was nice and the location is great, right near the spa and spa park. The bathroom was very run down, though, and the area in front of the shower was disgusting. The restaurant was closed for renovation. Service staff were hard to reach in person and weren’t very accommodating or flexible.

We were delighted from check-in through checkout, and the staff were incredibly kind. We stayed in Apartment 3 at Roseneck 5, choosing it without knowing the place, and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the room was perfectly fine, nicely furnished, with a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. My husband loved the breakfast. I only had a little fruit because I hardly eat in the morning, and the breakfast server thoughtfully brought me some more. His scrambled eggs were freshly made too. We also had a small fruit basket, coffee, and tea. There was a tray of drinks and snacks available for an extra charge. We’d gladly come back.

We felt comfortable at Haus Roseneck. The apartment bathroom is a little dated, but everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, though salmon and minced pork would have been nice additions. The brine baths in Bad Bevensen are well worth recommending too.

We were very satisfied and have already recommended you to others. We’ll definitely be back 😊. We booked the Christmas menu, and the restaurant looked beautiful. You chose our table companions really well, and the entire menu was outstanding. Huge compliments to the chef. Christmas Eve was wonderful too, with jokes and laughter, and even Santa Claus came by with a gift for each of us. Having access to the thermal baths included in our booking was convenient, and we could leave and come back later the same day. There was a wide variety of things to do there. We stayed in one of your apartments from December 22nd to 29th, 2025. Saskia and the whole team gave us such a warm welcome. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, and being on informal "Du" terms made us feel right at home. Our stay was completely carefree, and every request was taken care of, from fresh towels to special breakfast requests.

We had to move our weekend booking last week because of the bad weather, and that was no problem at all, so five stars for that. We stayed in the Roseneck apartment. It had a lovely feel and was very clean, with everything we needed. Most of it is a bit dated, though the kitchen is new.
