The Obermeier family made us feel especially welcome and were always helpful, with a warm family atmosphere. The place sits at 480 m, a little secluded, but the view is magnificent. Deer come very close, and it's a wonderful area for hiking.

Mr. and Mrs. Obermeier were so friendly and did everything they could to make us feel at home on the farm. Our two little boys especially loved the lovely farm dog. The holiday apartment was spotless and set right in nature, with everything we needed. We had a perfect stay and would love to return ♡

We felt warmly welcomed, almost as if we were at home, and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. Our room had everything we needed, and the quiet, pleasant setting was pure relaxation. Great value for money, highly recommended, simply top-notch.

I stayed here for a few months, and the price and facilities were both great. The hosts are great too. You're right up on the mountain with a magnificent view, while down in Bad Birnbach there's an excellent complex of thermal baths and pools.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and polite, and we had lovely conversations with them. We enjoyed spending our evenings with the hosts and other guests. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we had a wonderful stay that I'd love to repeat. Until next time! ♡
