Haus am Kurpark

The Wi-Fi was awful and completely unusable, and nobody replied when I complained. The location, though, is fantastic, right by the spa park and just around the corner from the thermal baths. The furnishings are a bit old, but still okay.

The location near Rottal Therme spa is excellent, and we would be happy to return if things are being renovated, repaired, or cleaned. The apartment is very worn and needs work: the front door doesn't shut properly, there was defrost water in the fridge, and its rack sometimes falls out when you open it. The dishes and cutlery are worn, and the toilet should be replaced; its water runs constantly and has left a brown mark. The bathroom carpet is swollen, the bed frame is stained, and the mattresses are very soft. Light also comes through the blackout curtains. The couch and armchair were filthy and disgusting, so we covered them. Staff entered our apartment without telling us to work on the balcony, which we didn't like. They could have asked first, and they left the resulting mess on the balcony and in the room. They did, however, wipe down the balcony table where we ate breakfast.

We'd gladly stay here again. It's very quiet, with a lovely balcony, a great location, and furnishings that are good and perfectly adequate.

I always enjoy returning here. It's a lovely place, right beside the spa gardens and the atrium, with the thermal baths not far away. The large balcony is a real plus.
