The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and this was the worst hotel of our seven-night break. There was also a €30 overcharge on dinner, which staff refunded. The waitress seemed cross, rather than genuinely mistaken or embarrassed. That's never happened to me before, and it left me doubtful. I won't be coming back.

The area was very quiet, everything was very clean, and breakfast was good. The price for what you get was very good, too.

They have a dry, locked shed for bikes, which was useful. The owners were really nice and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable, and breakfast was good. There's no hot food here, but a good restaurant is just across the street. Highly recommended.

We were made to feel very welcome with our dog, and I'd gladly come back. The staff were incredibly friendly, the whole hotel was well kept, and the plentiful breakfast buffet was delicious. It's right by the spa park, with a fantastic view, and there's a large free guest parking lot behind the building. When I asked, a late afternoon check-out was no problem at all. Service and friendliness clearly matter a lot here. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Dr. Ebel Rehabilitation Clinic, making it handy for a weekend visit when your dog is in rehab. Dogs are welcome, but allergy sufferers needn't worry: some rooms allow dogs, while others are always dog-free.
