We spent a week here and would gladly return. The half-board food was fantastic, fresh, and seasoned really well. Our spacious room was always clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly, easy to approach, and tried to grant every wish. The spa treatment facilities are an easy walk away. I had my mother with me in her wheelchair, and getting up the hill definitely took some stamina ;) Wi-Fi worked reliably everywhere, if that's useful to know, and there were more TV channels than we needed. Thanks for having us.

We tried the “Cuddle Time for Two” package for a weekend night, which came with breakfast, a candlelight dinner, and some other extras. The food was excellent, and the room was very spacious. We were pleased with the value, the friendly check-in, and the staff and service overall. We'd definitely recommend the Parkhotel Helene and stay again.

This family-run hotel has a welcoming feel, and the staff are friendly. Our seminar room was comfortable, and they took individual requests seriously. After holding our third seminar here, we're sure we'll return. The location right beside Albert Park is fantastic for walks and outdoor activities, with everything reachable on foot and crisp, fresh air.
