AMAZING, just one word :-) We spent 4 days there and felt right at home. The reception said the hotel was full, but we barely noticed anyone else. The spa area was empty when we were there, and everything was very quiet, clean and relaxing. The bio food was excellent. Breakfast had everything we needed and was high quality, and they remembered our order from the day before. The lunch buffet was so good too, with fresh salad and soup, plus free special water. We also had 4 meals outside for dinner, and those were so good! The rooms are big and clean, right by the park in the city, so you can go for walks there. The hotel will pick you up at the train station, with lovely women taxi drivers. Service and reception were perfect. The massage was amazing, the team very professional, and the cosmetics lady was lovely too. I really can't find anything bad to say. We'll definitely come back!

The food was very good too, and it was a lovely place to unwind for a weekend. The cosy spa had what we needed, including a bio sauna and a Finnish sauna. Some people might like a little more choice.

Thanks so much to the Falkenhof Team. It's a nice little hotel, around 40 rooms, with a great kitchen, a very good spa and treatment options. They have their own thermal water pool on a lovely rooftop. I tried Jin Shin Jyutsu, and the treatment was very effective. BR Chris

Have you tried using the website on a mobile phone? After 10 minutes of annoying pop-ups that wouldn't close, I gave up trying to book a stay :(
