The rooms each have their own tasteful look, and they’re cleaned every day. There’s also a guest fridge stocked with drinks, free Wi-Fi, and magazines to browse. It’s a cozy, family-run place with a generous breakfast and really friendly staff. They’re happy to answer questions about walks or places to eat, too. This is our first stop whenever we come to the Harz Mountains for a short break. Payment works through an honesty box.

The bathroom in our room was quite small, and a little more storage space would’ve helped. Apart from that, it’s a lovely hotel, carefully furnished from the entrance through to the bedrooms and breakfast room. The staff were all kind, friendly, and ready to help. I’d recommend staying here.

The whole family is so welcoming to pets, and the atmosphere is lovely. It’s all cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. We always feel at home here and keep coming back.

Right in the center of Bad Harzburg but still very quiet. The hosts are lovely, and the cozy rooms come at good prices. Great place.

The hotel is closed now, unfortunately. They’ve opened holiday apartments under the same management, and I’d expect them to be up to the same high standard.
