The rooms felt very dated, and the bathroom was tiny. There was no Minibar, and the common area closed at night, so getting cold water was a problem. I eventually got some from the security guard, who was tucked away in the dark. At checkout, one employee was dismissive and lacked empathy, though another person stepped in to help. I chose the hotel mainly for the heated indoor pool, especially for my 2.5 year old daughter. The wellness area looked beautiful and seemed recently built or renovated, but the water was cold enough that she couldn't stay in for even a minute. Staff said it should be 28 degrees, while the pool thermometer read 22-23. They also said nothing could be done on Saturday because the employee who adjusts the temperature doesn't work that day, and the staff member I spoke to couldn't change it herself. That really defeated the reason I'd booked here. Breakfast was decent. Dinner at the buffet cost 40 euros pp, which felt a bit steep, although the food tasted good. When I first called, the staff were very attentive and even let me check in after hours. Still, something about the stay left me regretting the choice and put a sour ending on an otherwise nearly perfect 8 day trip.

I especially liked the Gatsby suite and its panoramic views. The hotel itself has stylish interiors, lovely decor, a garden, an indoor pool, and a sauna. Its spot beside the Kurpark and just 200 meters from the town center is fantastic. There are some things that could work better. Wi-Fi was unstable, and breakfast got chaotic at busy times, when the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. The pool and sauna area also needs better changing rooms and showers.

The surroundings are lovely, and the hotel's atmosphere is spectacular. We had a great time at the bar and enjoyed karaoke there. The food was breathtaking too. I'd recommend Parkhotel Luise to anyone wanting somewhere relaxing, whether on their own or with someone they love.

We had a family gathering here, and the garden was a lovely place to eat when the weather cooperated. The food was great and included some vegan choices. Our room's bathroom was on the small side, but it was fine for our three day stay. The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony and an amazing view. The beds were so comfortable that getting up in the morning was hard ;D.
