Sonnenpark

Good value, with a great view. It’s within walking distance of the bus stop and city centre.

Customer service is basically nonexistent. I can’t get through by phone or email, and emails take over 30 hours to get a reply. That’s no way to treat people who have booked and still have questions. Even booking.com hasn’t been able to reach the accommodation. Outrageous!!!! :(

This is about the complex only, not the apartment, which is privately rented. There are mountain views from the balcony, and the location is nice. The grounds could use more care, especially the lawn, which needs mowing. The “neighbors” aren’t very considerate, whether they’re waking their grandson at eight with loud music or parking in the underground garage. Garbage is “stored” on the cable ducts in the garage entrance hall.

The apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. There was dust, hair, and dirt in the bathroom, bottle caps and more hair in the living room, and pillows that were yellowed, presumably from sweat. The terrace door was broken. We reported everything by email and in person but got no response. It’s a shame, because the complex is nicely located on the outskirts of Bad Hindelang, and the apartments are functional and comfortable. Those positives don’t make this landlord seem very customer-oriented.
