Aparthotel Hohenzollern

The rooms are spacious and seemed clean, and check-in went smoothly with the email explaining the small safe by the entrance door, where the keys, cards, and other items were kept. The rooms do feel quite dated, over 50 years old, though the toilet and bathroom have clearly been renovated. The overgrown entrance was difficult for my wife because there were several very large spiders. Also, the website is only partly up to date. Breakfast is currently NOT available while they look for new tenants for the restaurant. You only find that out if you read further under “Restaurant”; otherwise, when booking, you’d assume breakfast is offered.

My wife, granddaughter, and I took a short trip to Bad Kissingen and stayed at the Aparthotel Hohenzollern. We were very satisfied, and would gladly stay again. The apartment was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. They also offered bread delivery. We’d highly recommend the hotel.

I went to Bad Kissingen last year for a national education project and was very happy with the hotel. I shared a room with two friends, and even the sofa bed was comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and excellent, with reasonable prices. It was a nice surprise that the waitress spoke Croatian. It seems a great choice for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in such a lovely town, and I’d gladly recommend it.

We were welcomed and seen off warmly, and spent three comfortable nights in a newly renovated apartment. The beds were very comfortable, and the balcony at the back made for a quiet stay. We had a parking permit that let us park fairly close to the hotel. Everything was within walking distance, and we didn’t find ourselves wanting for anything. You can have some peaceful days here.
