We had a suite with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette, stocked with spotless dishes and utensils. The staff were wonderful and did their best to accommodate our wishes. We ate at the hotel on both evenings and highly recommend it. One night we chose the candlelit dinner, and the presentation and experience were 10/10. The pool and spa were a welcome bonus, so we could enjoy our time at the hotel fully. Nothing to fault, it was perfect in every way. We'll come back on another visit to Bad Kissingen.

Such a peaceful night, and the dinner hostess made delicious meals that worked with my low-salt requirement. My room was fresh and clean, with a small cooker, sink, kitchenware, and a balcony overlooking the town. The hotel is in a handsome building. I hope they keep its original real wood furnishings instead of replacing them with the particle-board remodels that are becoming so common and are so unhealthy.

8/10
Breakfast had a nice range of food, and we enjoyed the indoor pool with its underwater massage sprays. There are several saunas, though you can only use them unclothed. Our room had a comfortable bed, a sizable bathroom, and a large, open living area. The hotel was nice, but the woman who checked us in at reception was plainly rude and impolite. Maybe she didn't want to be on duty, but it was definitely a bad experience for us.

We slept well in this quiet spot, with hardly any traffic at night. The older building is attractive, the staff are friendly, and the meals were excellent.

The rooms are big, and the staff are friendly!
