The food at the dinner buffet was a hit, and the separate pools for adults and kids made it easy to relax while the children played. Staff were super friendly, and the hotel felt very family oriented. The indoor playground is a big plus, although it’s outside the main building, which isn’t ideal on a rainy or cold winter day. Our rooms were clean but could use an update. If you have an EV or hybrid, note that you can’t park in the paid underground garage because of fire risk. I wish the website had mentioned that ahead of time. Even so, the stay was good value for the price, and we’ll be back.

The wellness area is spacious, and the sauna made for a nice, relaxing visit. Rooms are really large, and most have a balcony, which is a nice feature, though cleanliness could be better. Reception staff were super friendly. Breakfast was only okay, nothing particularly special.

The food is what kept us here after coming for the wellness facilities. Breakfast was great, with enough on the buffet for everyone from kids to older guests. Just ask the friendly staff for a special seat for a small child. Dinner was honestly incredible, with quality, choice, and service I haven’t experienced in a hotel before. Everything felt handled with care, more like home than a routine meal. Our room was cozy and tidy, with a good standard of furnishings. As a couple, ask for a double bed. We had a bathroom with both a shower and tub, plus a balcony looking out over greenery. The pool and sauna area were also very good. It wasn’t busy during our weekend, though it might feel a bit small when lots of guests are there. Hotel guests can ask reception for towels and a robe, and bring a 50 cent coin for the locker. The pool was okay, while the sauna village was great. The hotel’s exterior looked a little uninviting, but inside was well worth the stay. We had a lovely weekend, and I’d strongly recommend it. We’ll definitely come again.

We stayed in House 1 and found the room spacious and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food, with a good range of choices for different tastes. The indoor pool was excellent and the water felt fairly warm. There are also indoor and outdoor playgrounds where children can have fun.

We had booked three nights, but left after paying on the final evening. The hotel seemed seriously understaffed, and some guests behaved badly. In the pool, boys around 10 or 11 were running around, climbing on things, playing ball, and even fighting, with no parents stepping in. There was no hotel staff present to keep order. The indoor playground looked lovely in the photos, but in practice it felt like a free-for-all. Children ran around without masks and bullied smaller kids. On our last evening, another mother attacked my daughter, and there was no hotel employee there. When we reported it to reception, the response was icy and nothing was done. We left the hotel immediately. Please avoid it.
