This is a small, charming organic hotel run by a family, and sustainability is genuinely part of how things are done here. I spent three weeks here for a spa treatment for the first time and can highly recommend it. The welcome was warm, the service excellent, and both the food and advice were outstanding. The treatments were top-notch too. I’d love to come back.

I’ve already stayed here twice and am sure I’ll spend more holidays at this hotel. The medical and cosmetic treatments, food, and rooms are all top-notch. Many lovely places are easy to reach without a car, too. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The staff were attentive and helpful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were wonderfully furnished. The hotel also has a unique setting in the land of the Blue Rider art group. After 14 days at this organic spa hotel, we came away feeling completely renewed and mentally refreshed. We’ve already booked for next year.

The peaceful location deserves six or seven stars. Sometimes you can see three cows peeking over from their pasture. There’s a sauna and swimming pool, and the two weekday evening dishes are both healthy and delicious. Everyone was wonderful, from the owner to the "peat bog woman," therapists, and housekeepers. It has a very pleasant, family-like atmosphere, and the owner’s knowledge of Hildegard von Bingen is impressive. I’ll definitely be back!
