We were happy with the value for money at this Gasthof and would gladly return, hopefully earlier next time so we can try the food, which is probably delicious. We were cycling from Frankfurt to Heidelberg through the Odenwald and stopped here because it was on our route. We got in around 9:20 pm on Friday. Although the kitchen had closed, the staff still made two Flammkuchen for us. We were pleased with the quality of our renovated room, though the mattress felt a bit too hard for both of us. Breakfast was good, and while there was no bicycle cellar, the staff kindly found a room where we could secure our bikes.

A great place to break up our road trip back from Osteria-Germany to Belgium. The breakfast was great, and the garden setting has an authentic, original beer garden.

The vegetarian food was awful. We ordered two dishes and both had Rucola, peanuts, watermelon, cherry tomatoes, huge Pfefferlingen, and pomegranate. You can imagine how that combination tasted.

The rooms are very clean and breakfast is awesome, with lots of food. But the Wi-Fi is a disaster, and there's no 4G or 3G internet either.

Everything was clean and nice, but the walls were paper-thin and the Wi-Fi was really slow. Nice place, though there isn't a shop nearby.
