The courtyard and location were lovely, and the hosts were really friendly. But the place was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. The sofa had heavy stains, one cushion was moldy, fruit flies were in the kitchen, and the bathroom was filthy.

The Herzog family were friendly and helpful whenever we had a question, and the apartment sits right in the middle of the beautiful old town. Restaurants and bars are an easy walk away, and the cozy courtyard has garden furniture and a parasol for sitting outside to eat or drink. Inside, the living room sofa and armchair make a welcoming spot, while the bedrooms are spacious and excellent. The apartment is clean, well cared for, and had no hygiene problems at all, so I can't agree with Mr. Engelhardt's review. There's plenty of useful equipment, including dishes, cutlery, a coffee maker, kettle, lots of spices, and coffee filters. The large dining table fits 6-8 people.
