Hotel Neuhöfer am Südpark

Those mornings over the generous, delicious breakfasts are among the memories we’ll always treasure. Our wedding group of 14 spent a week at Hotel-Pension Neuhofer for our daughter’s wedding, and we were made to feel like house guests. Mr. Neuhofer personally let us use the hotel, grounds, and pavilion so we could entertain our wedding guests throughout the stay. He’s become a friend to us, and we’ll return to Neuhofer Hotel am Sudpark when we visit our daughter in Germany. The place is intimate, clean, and charming, beside one of Bad Nauheim’s beautiful parks. From the gate, a footbridge leads into lawns and huge shady trees. We loved feeding ducks from the bridge, picnicking under the old trees, and walking past the fountains to our favorite ice cream shoppe. When we arrived on the shady street, the hotel beside a babbling brook had already captured our hearts. We walked through a rose trellis into an immaculately kept lawn with flowers everywhere. We fell in love with the hotel, the service, the staff, and the grounds.

The rooms are small, but clean, and there’s WiFi and a TV. The hotel is close to a park.

Such a friendly host, and I had a good stay!
