Patrick was especially helpful on my departure day and took an interest in arranging a taxi to Cologne airport. The owners treated me warmly throughout. My room was spacious, with a comfortable queen-size bed, and remarkably quiet, probably the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was clean and the water heater worked really well. Excellent stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the city centre is an easy walk away. It’s quiet around the hotel, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast is enough.
