We had both apartments, and they were both very nice. The upstairs one is newer, but the downstairs one was lovely too. The place was quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the owners were very friendly. The pillows were the only drawback for us, though that's personal preference. We'd definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, clean apartment with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and toilet paper. The owners were very friendly and happy to help with anything. Since we found several village restaurants were on Betriebsurlaub during our mid-October holiday, we often took the train to Oppenau using the Konus Card. We enjoyed some lovely walks and visited nearby places by public transport, including Baden-Baden, Offenburg, and Oberkirch.
