Being right across from Kurpark made the location a real highlight. Everything was very clean, from the spotless rooms to the rest of the hotel, and the beds were especially comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, too. The staff were so kind and generous, and Igor, Inna, Christina, and Marina made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. We stayed at Hotel Dirks am Schloss this time and would love to come back. Hotel Heldt and Apparthotel also look lovely, and we’d be happy to try either one in the future. We definitely recommend staying here and are already looking forward to another visit.

Our dog could come to breakfast, and the staff even arranged a table for us in a separate room. That was wonderful. The breakfast itself was perfectly adequate, and the staff were very attentive on both days. The owner gave us such a warm welcome, and check-in was easy. Our suite had a fantastic view of the castle, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

The breakfast buffet was thoughtfully put together, kept well stocked, and had something for everyone. The hotel is also very well cared for, clean, tidy, and tastefully furnished. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Its location is perfect, right by the castle and spa gardens, yet SO QUIET despite being central. The staff were friendly and attentive, just as other positive reviews have said. Many thanks to them, we wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our one-night stay. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the staff were very friendly, and breakfast was generous. It's centrally located, with parking right outside. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I spent a weekend here in October. The Comfort Single Room was roomy and welcoming, with a modern, spotless bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with everything I could have wanted, including egg dishes made fresh. There was parking right outside, and the friendly reception was a great start. My room was already ready, so I could leave my bag.
