6/10
The hotel itself isn’t so bad, but the staff have to carry heavy things on their backs, and they’re dressed in casual clothes. There’s no separate lift for staff, so guests see how hard they have to work and end up waiting for the hotel lift to become free.

The surroundings are quiet, and the staff are super friendly. Rooms were clean and breakfast was delightful. The city center and restaurants are only about a five-minute walk away.
