Really, really good.

Bad Rappenau is beautiful, and if I'm back in the area I'll stay here again and spend longer. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very nice, with friendly, kind staff. The food was very good, and breakfast was too, even given the current situation. It was good value for money. Highly recommended, and thank you.

We felt welcome the whole time, thanks to the prompt, courteous help at arrival and whenever we had questions at reception. The elevators were fairly quick, which made handling our luggage easy. The atmosphere was pleasant and understated, with a lovely little Christmas tree in the lobby. In the evening, the lounge by the bar and the dining room were great places to unwind. The fireplace was my favorite feature, something you rarely find in hotels these days. Even with lots of hungry guests, the service and kitchen staff stayed composed. The food was fresh and impeccable, with a choice of salad or soup and mains including fish, meat, and vegetarian options. Portions were generous, and there was still room for dessert. Being able to walk directly to the thermal baths in a bathrobe was a great touch, and hotel guests get entry included. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so good. Definitely worth a visit, and you'll see me here more often.

The bathroom was especially spacious, with a walk-in shower suitable for people with disabilities. Our large, modern room also opened onto a balcony with a fantastic view. It's a beautiful new hotel with a spa area. There was no refrigerator, unfortunately, but otherwise everything was excellent.
