Our daughter loved her bunk bed, and the family room worked really well for us. The parents’ and children’s areas were clearly separated, there were two sinks in the bathroom, and the layout felt spacious, with a little couch next to the bed. The hotel is new, with a modern design, and we especially liked having a balcony with views of the Alps. The staff were great. Reception kindly explained where to park, and the bartender helped us open a bottle of wine so we could enjoy it privately on the balcony. We didn’t have time for the sauna, perhaps next visit. A mini-fridge in the room would be a useful addition. We chose the hotel as a base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise.

We really enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, fresh, varied and delicious, and the hotel bar was a relaxed place to unwind in the evening. The hotel has just opened and is right in the center of Bad Reichenhall, making it easy to explore the city. Rooms are modern and nicely furnished, with spacious, well-designed bathrooms. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

A lovely hotel and a five-star restaurant with excellent food. Thanks to all the staff for making our five-day holiday so comfortable 🙏❤️🤗

There’s a parking lot, which is handy. The breakfast selection is limited, but what they serve is delicious.

The only little drawback was the gym, which felt too small and wasn’t well equipped. Everything else was perfect: the location, welcome, breakfast, parking and room. I highly recommend staying here.
