With six adults and three dogs, we planned a week and ended up staying two extra days because we liked it so much. The open kitchen, dining area, and living room worked really well for our group: we could each do our own thing and still spend time together. Everything was clean and carefully thought through, and the apartment had all the basics, right down to a shoehorn, can opener, and bottle opener. It was decorated for Christmas, too. The forest behind the apartment was handy for dog walks, while the town center and several good restaurants were only a few minutes away on foot. We'll definitely return. Best wishes, the Malmberg/Schuster family

We felt at home at Haus Fuchs and would happily stay again. The owners are friendly, right there on-site, and quick to help with questions or requests. Dogs are genuinely welcome, which mattered a lot to us. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable week. Its position beside the forest, with several trails nearby, was ideal for walks with our two dogs.

We'd gladly come back to the Fuchsbau and stay in log cabin 2. The little private garden and cozy house made for a lovely stay, and I appreciated the DVDs and books. The information sheet covering activities, shops, and restaurants was especially useful. Communication was easy, and since we arrived late, the key safe had been arranged just right. The house was clean and had the kitchen basics, including plates and cutlery. The mattresses felt a bit too firm for us, though that's personal preference. Our deposit was returned two days after we left 👍.

The Fuchs family were attentive and friendly hosts, and our dogs settled in comfortably too. "Der Fuchsbau" was clean, well-kept, cozy, and had everything we needed. We had a very pleasant, relaxing stay and would love to return.

The garden is small but lovely, with a nice terrace, and our three dogs were happy there. We could also head straight out from the house for walks in the woods. Bad Sachsa has several shopping options nearby, and Hotel Zum Mühlenberg is close enough to walk to; we enjoyed a relaxing massage there. We stayed in log cabin 3 over Easter 2024 with four adults and three dogs. The owners live right next door and were courteous and friendly. The amenities and kitchen were excellent, including a large fridge and double freezer, and everything was clearly explained. We were pleased to find coffee and tea on arrival, as well as an Easter basket.
