We had a lovely stay, with a double room and a sweet little balcony looking out over the surrounding area. The hotel staff were charming and pleasant. Breakfast was a great buffet served in the Schweitzer Stübli. The booking covered full-day access to the Therme and sauna land, and on departure day we could use both for another three hours. Parking was free too.

We’ve been coming back for three years, and the hotel is good: quiet, with nice bedrooms. The price is fine and access to the thermal baths is included. The pillows are the problem, though. They’re so thin and flat that I couldn’t sleep properly. Everything else was okay, and I’d recommend the place, but please replace those pillows.

The view was nice, breakfast acceptable, and entry to the thermal baths was free, but the rooms are old. My late arrival caused a bigger problem: I couldn’t work out the phone number used for the key machine, so I had to find another hotel on the spot. There was no staff or anyone else I could reach at that hour. Hotel staff leave at 9pm, and a number is available until 11pm. After that, you’re on your own.

Fair prices and a pleasant little breakfast buffet. It’s an old-fashioned hotel near the baths, about a 15-minute walk from the city center.

The rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable, and dogs are welcome, which is a big plus for us. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect, and breakfast was fresh with lots of choice and variety. The staff were very friendly and the service was great.
