The Jahn family made our seven days really enjoyable. Mr. and Mrs. Jahn were warm and shared plenty of hiking suggestions for Saxon Switzerland. Their little apartment was spotless and comfortably set up, especially the bathroom, which we liked a lot. It was an easy, relaxing stay and very good value :-)

That balcony was just right for taking it easy, and the apartment is furnished beautifully. It's so peaceful here. We'd happily return!

The apartment was clean and had plenty of equipment, but that didn't make up for its unhealthy condition. There was a strong musty smell, and airing it out made no difference. Mold was present in every room, including on the mattresses. When I brought this up, the landlady showed no understanding or willingness to help. She was extremely unfriendly and uncooperative, which made an already bad situation worse.

Mr. and Mrs. Jahn were very kind, and I felt at ease in the apartment. It was really clean, too.

Our vacation got off to a terrible start. Even though the landlady had confirmed our booking, we found the doors locked when we arrived. On the phone, we were told every room was taken and it was probably an overbooking. We were then sent to another address, only to find that place full as well. By the time she gave us a third address, we were understandably annoyed. The apartment there turned out to be very nice, and its landlords were super friendly. Still, never again with this Jahn family!
