We really enjoyed our few days here. The adjoining restaurant, Tilla, was fantastic, and the hotel was well located and reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Customer service can often be a real issue in this part of Germany, so next time we're back in Sächsische Schweiz, we'll book here without looking elsewhere.

The garden terrace was lovely, and the hotel has pretty gardens and a roof terrace. Its central location made it an easy walk to the buses and ferry. Breakfast was nice, too. Our bed was comfortable, but the third-floor room felt dark and got hot even though it wasn't especially warm outside. The hotel brought us a fan when we asked for one for our second night. We had mixed experiences with the staff. The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, while several of the others were abrupt and not very helpful.

We had a pleasant one-night stay in mid-December. The room was spacious, quiet, warm, and dark at night, with plenty of storage, a TV, and a fridge. The fresh fruit was a highlight of the delicious breakfast buffet, which had lots to choose from. I also thought the room was good value for the price. The spring mattresses weren't very comfortable, though. I also couldn't understand why we weren't allowed to park right beside the hotel after paying for parking, when all the spots there were empty. We had to leave the car by a nearby spa. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

A tip for anyone planning dinner: eat before 9 p.m. After that, the hotel and the whole town are closed for food. Our room was quiet and roomy, with a balcony, despite the hotel's central location just a few meters from Toscana Therme bad. Flowers had been set out for us based on our earlier communication. The service was a real highlight. The waiter Petr brought us a delicious dinner, and Radka and Pavlína looked after us at breakfast, which had a great selection of fresh fruit and baked goods. We plan to return to this wonderful place. Thank you!
