The rooms made the week especially comfortable: lots of space, soft beds, a nice view, and hardly any noise from neighboring rooms. Breakfast had a good range for different tastes, from eggs, meat, fruit, and vegetables to cereals, dairy, tea, coffee, and juice. The restaurant was clean, and the service there was good too. Parking was easy, with open spaces available and chargers for electric cars. Finding the hotel was the tricky part. On our first day we wandered around, and three different GPS apps sent us to three wrong spots. A larger direction sign or a route map on the hotel website might help. We were very satisfied with our week and would recommend it.

The place wasn't overcrowded, and the staff were very nice. We had big rooms and very good food and wine. My wife and daughter made full use of the wellness facilities, including the thermal pool and great sauna park, though some sections were under construction. We spent Easter here as a small family and found lots to do in the surrounding nature, including hiking and biking, both off road and on streets. You can rent everything right at the hotel. I tried an E-Racing-Bike for the first time and thought it was amazing. One of the best places to stay in far eastern Germany. I'll come back 👌

We had a lovely girlfriends' spa weekend. The rooms were roomy and worked well for a group, and breakfast had a nice range of options, including an Ayurvedic section that fit the wellness feel. The hotel is in a small German town with cozy spots for really good food. And a big shout-out to Mr Rico Hielscher, who made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were efficient, pleasant, and helpful, and the property was clean with an authentic Erzgebirge feel. Winter, especially the time before Christmas, seems like a particularly nice time to visit. The location is handy for things to do nearby, including wellness at Kurbad, cycling, and watching football at Erzgebirgstadium. I had a great stay, and I'd especially recommend the hotel's own restaurant. The grilled steak on a hot stone is a must.
