The owner/manager was friendly and quick to respond. Parking on the side streets or with a Parkpass was easy, and the hotel was well placed for hikes in the woods, the downtown area, and trips to neighboring towns. We stayed for 1 week in Bad Schwalbach in April 2023. Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds, free wifi, and a roomy, updated bathroom and shower with nice hot water. The hotel overlooked the Kurpark, and it was a perfect place for our stay.

We stayed there for two months, and the professional manager sorted out all our issues right away. The atmosphere was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the terrace was super nice. There was also a lovely yard to spend an evening in, and the price was reasonable. It's close to all the main facilities in Bad Schwalbach, and the hotel has a really good restaurant.

We came for a wedding just a 2 minute walk away, and getting here by public transport was easy. The location was great. The rooms have a classic look and an older design, but they were still clean and pleasant.

I was pleased with my choice. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had everything I needed. The staff were very nice too. Now I know where I'll stay next time. The hotel is wonderful.
