I couldn't have asked for a better stay during the Frankfurt Conference. The restaurant staff looked after me attentively throughout, and the steak was excellent and cooked just right. They gave us great service from start to finish. The reception team also deserves a big thank you. They handled all my requests, lent me an umbrella during the downpour, and arranged a quiet room where I could sleep without disruption. The rooms are prepared to suit your needs, and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you to everyone at H+.

The staff really made the stay for me, always helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection. Everything was lovely. Highly recommended!

The night staff were good, and the hotel itself is nice. Just be aware there's no mini fridge, so perishables or keeping water cold could be a problem.

I paid ahead for 9 rooms for my team's business trip at the end of this month, booked through Booking.com to make sure everything was confirmed. Then the booking was cancelled with no explanation or prior notice. It's extremely disappointing and has caused our team serious inconvenience.

The hotel was otherwise fine, but the head pillows were awful. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights, and reception had no alternatives to offer. If you sleep on your side, this place is a no go.
