I'm travelling again on business and staying at the same hotel specifically because of Rosie's great customer care. My earlier stay at Hotel Concorde was wonderful, with exceptional hospitality that made it comfortable and enjoyable. Rosie was warm, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Her genuine care for guests stood out, and I really appreciate the excellent service. Thank you for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Concorde.

There was snow on the ground when we visited, and the warm room was very welcome, though we could open the windows if needed. The room was a good size, the bathroom was clean, and everything worked, including the shower over the bath. Breakfast had a good range of options, and we got a lovely welcome when we arrived and again at breakfast. The hotel is a short walk from Bad Soden S-bahn, about half an hour to Hbf and Messe. There are some quirky touches in the breakfast room, see photos!

The hotel is in a nice central part of Bad Soden, with good restaurants and cafes around the corner. The train and bus station are right outside, yet we couldn't hear them. The rooms have effective air conditioning and heating, and the decor is lovely. Staff and owners were attentive and very good. I highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment room with a balcony overlooking the downtown area is well worth recommending. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my family. It's an excellent hotel right at the train station, so you can walk to everything Bad Soden has to offer.
