Aparthotel Panorama

I won't book here again. The whole room felt filthy, with cobwebs and dirt I couldn't identify all over. The sheets were stained, and so was the sticky floor. The rooms are disgustingly old and run-down. Very disappointing.

The only real nuisance was another guest, drunk and talking loudly in Russian on the balcony. As for the room, the furniture is old but still in decent shape, and everything was very clean. The bathroom and kitchenette are dated, though I barely saw any mold on the bathroom silicone. For the price, it was all acceptable, and I'd come back.

I booked a French double bed, but got two single beds instead. There was no TV, the roller blind cord was broken, the mattresses were worn, and the corners were dirty. The room smelled of smoke. The rest was okay, and the price was cheap. I got there late, so I wouldn't have looked elsewhere if I could have. I also spent 15 minutes confused because I didn't know I needed a PIN for the key. After several failed attempts to reach the accommodation, another guest told me the PIN would come by email. That was my first and last stay.

I booked two rooms at short notice, then wanted to cancel when no key safe code arrived. I called the number they gave me eight times in an hour, but they refused to cancel. The code and room numbers came a day later. I feel ripped off, since I have to pay for rooms I never even got to use.
