The food came out quickly, and when I asked about it, the waitress explained that everything is cooked fresh from scratch, including things like the sauce, with no packaged mixes. She was friendly and had a good sense of humor. I tried the crispy spinach pastries, which I’d never seen before, and they were quite delicious. It’s an old-fashioned restaurant, not very modern, but it has a lovely atmosphere for sitting down to eat. The food is good value for the price. Highly recommended.

We booked the romantic weekend getaway and were blown away by how hospitable everyone was. The room was fantastic, and all the food, from breakfast through dinner, was delicious and clearly made with care. Everything was excellent value, too. Thanks so much for a wonderful time, dear Ludwig family. We’ll be back! 😃

We only came for a meal, not an overnight stay. The restaurant was pleasantly quiet, ideal for eating outside, and the food was very good, freshly made and served piping hot 🔥. Even the plates were warmed. They currently have fantastic asparagus with hollandaise sauce. Delicious.
