The apartment was surprisingly good inside, clean, with a good shower. Breakfast was plentiful, though it could use a bit more variety. There weren't any vegan options at all.

A great place to stay with a camper. You can ask for breakfast at the hotel, and an electric hookup is available as an option.

We were a group of 12 and left completely satisfied. The family owners were very friendly and flexible, and did a lot to accommodate us, which can't be easy with a group that size. Our rooms were nicely furnished and the service was excellent. We had ordered dinner in advance, and it was exceptionally delicious and freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet was flawless too. After the restaurant closed, they let us use a room with glasses and dishes so we could spend time together, which we especially appreciated. Payment was hassle-free. The location is great for hiking and visiting Harz attractions. Highly recommended.

The family atmosphere and helpful tips for planning excursions made our stay especially nice. Breakfast was excellent, and there was always something tasty for everyone at dinner. We got a warm welcome and a lovely apartment at this quiet little hotel, which had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Anyone planning to visit this region should book here. Thanks again, Family Heimbürge, August 2025.
