The location is really nice, which makes the decline all the more disappointing. We were there in July 2017, and it was nothing like our stay in 2014. The owner had changed, and you could tell. The rooms were still clean and tidy, but weeds had taken over the garden and grounds, greenery was hanging too long in places, and the lawn hadn’t been mowed. Breakfast had gone downhill too. The sausage and cheese seemed to come from a discount store, and the choice was very limited. The price stayed the same while the quality dropped. A real shame.
