Art & Nature Apartments in der Nähe FFM-Messe

We barely had time to enjoy the apartment because we were here on business, but the comfortable sofa and modern TV were there if we’d wanted them. The kitchen was beautifully styled and had everything we needed, including coffee pods, milk, sugar, tea, cookware, and even a breakfast tray. We also found soft blankets in the bedroom, so we could sit on the terrace with wine and enjoy the evening lights. The bathroom is small but has a window, a roomy shower, and enough storage for two adults’ toiletries. Everything was spotless and in order. The hostess gave us a personal welcome and shared helpful local, practical, and food tips. We followed one of her suggestions to a nearby pizzeria and had a delicious meal with friendly service. The apartment itself won us over straight away. Its artistic decor was created by the hostess, whose warm hospitality comes through in the thoughtful details and quality materials. The bed was modern and very comfortable, and we slept really well. The apartment is next to a nature reserve, where we could hear birds in the morning and, faintly, a cuckoo or frogs while walking. The air felt wonderful. We also saw two pairs of storks nesting on the ends of a high-voltage pylon, and noticed other wooden pylons set up for nesting nearby. It was a lovely change of pace from the Frankfurt Trade Fair, which was still close enough for our business trip. Our three-day work trip ended up feeling like a short break. Thanks to the wonderful apartment and its fantastic hostess, we’d happily come back :)

I come back once a year and usually stay for an extended visit. The apartment is always well kept, and the hostess is kind and accommodating. I feel at home here every time, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

For the past four weeks I’ve stayed in several apartments in this building, and every one has been clean and well equipped. It’s a quiet, pleasant place despite being close to Frankfurt city center. I’d recommend it.

The apartments are new, but the photos show the larger units. The landlady tried to put me in the basement as a temporary arrangement. There’s room for only one car in front of the building, and it’s in a traffic-calmed zone with no other parking. Illegal parking is monitored often and gets a €10 fine. The price doesn’t match the quality at all.
