I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room was cold, and a really strong smell lingered everywhere. The bedding looked as if it had already been used, possibly because of the bedding itself. This place should seriously be closed down.

Motorcyclists are welcome, and the hosts are friendly without any fuss or pretension, just the way I like it. It's a comfortable, family-run guesthouse for anyone after simple, clean accommodation.

I cut my business trip short and left without spending the night because the musty smell was unbearable. What a shame. The innkeeper's response to my Booking.com review only made things worse: it showed me they can't take criticism and always have a clever excuse. I also noticed that a suspicious number of reviews were posted under the name "Simon," which is the innkeeper's name. I would have put more effort into it. The room was quite okay, and the bathroom deserves top marks. The staff were generally friendly, but looked unkempt and smelled strongly. The house itself had an awful stench. Maybe there was water damage, or maybe I was sleeping next to a cattle shed. If you aren't sensitive to smells, this could be the place for you. Across the street, there's a restaurant that looks very well-maintained.

By the third day, I couldn't take it any longer and had to find somewhere else to stay. Dogs roaming the whole house urinated and defecated in front of my door morning, noon, and night. It stank so badly that I worried my clothes would pick up the smell, and there was no hot water. I notified the local authorities and the health department, hoping the place would be cleaned up so nobody else had to deal with such filth. I'd already paid in advance, but despite asking repeatedly, I still hadn't received a refund. I consider it criminal that the money was simply embezzled when no service was provided. This place was more like a garbage dump than accommodation. Four kilometres away, I found a clean, tidy, affordable place where I got a delicious breakfast before work for just €25!
